Shipping costs (Germany)

We offer transparent and fair shipping costs. These are as follows:

• Standard shipping : 4.99€
• Free shipping : From an order value of 75€

Processing time

After receiving your order, we need 1-2 business days to process and package your goods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping time

Delivery time depends on your location, but usually takes 2-4 business days .

Please note that delays may occur on holidays or due to unforeseeable events (e.g. weather conditions).

Europe-wide orders

We also ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary by region:

• Shipping costs: 9.99€
  
• Delivery time: 2-8 working days
  

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipment tracking

You can track your order at any time. After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
